Apartment rates 2026
The listed rates are per day and apply to a minimum stay of 3 nights. For shorter stays, a surcharge of €30.00 applies for 1 night and €20.00 for 2 nights.
Tourist tax – €1.00 per person per day, starting from 14 years of age.
*Final cleaning costs €40.00. This fee applies to stays of 3 nights and, at the Management’s discretion, also to stays of 1 or 2 nights.

- Consumption of water, electricity, gas
Services NOT included
- Bed linen, bathroom and kitchen linen. It can be provided at a cost of €10.00 per person for the duration of the stay or per change.
